1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on fry9 or by accessing any part of the fry9 platform — including the sports betting section, game lobby, slots, live casino or any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register or use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by fry9, including sports betting markets (cricket, football, esports and others), casino games, live casino tables, instant games, bonuses and promotions. They apply to all access methods including the website and any downloadable app versions available from the fry9 download page.

2 Eligibility

Access to fry9 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not under any legal, regulatory or court-imposed restriction that prohibits you from using online betting or gaming platforms.
• You are not using the platform on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You are registering as a personal account holder, not as a business entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of fry9 or its technology and service providers.

fry9 does not operate as a regulated licensed platform in Pakistan and does not claim any government licence or official regulatory approval. Players are responsible for understanding the legal context of online gaming in their own jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active fry9 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, fry9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals and cancel any active bonuses without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your fry9 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any payment details you register. Providing false information, including using a name other than your own or providing a false date of birth, constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a verification selfie. KYC verification is a one-time process in most cases. fry9 may request additional verification at any time if account activity warrants it.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fry9 account login credentials. Do not share your password or login details with any other person. fry9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact fry9 support immediately.

4 Deposits

All deposits on fry9 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). fry9 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of the platform.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• fry9 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply standard transfer charges.
• Deposits made by methods not supported by fry9 may be returned minus any applicable transaction costs.
• fry9 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method where the original source cannot be verified.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified fry9 accounts only. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to your registered payment account.

5.1 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name matching the name on your fry9 account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours to one business day.
• fry9 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard processing charges from your bank or mobile wallet may apply.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

fry9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if the account shows unusual activity, if the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than previous activity patterns, or if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been met. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is subject to review.

6 Betting Rules

fry9 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL, T20 international, ODI and Test matches), football, esports and other sports as available on the platform at any given time.

6.1 Bet Placement

• Bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. fry9 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the circumstances set out below.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed on screen before confirmation.
• Maximum stake limits apply to certain markets. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds at the time of confirmation are applied, not odds displayed at the time of selection.

6.2 Bet Voidance

fry9 reserves the right to void any bet placed where: the event is abandoned or postponed; the market was offered in error with clearly incorrect odds; the bet was placed on an event that had already started where in-play betting was not available; or where technical issues caused an incorrect odds feed to be displayed for more than a reasonable period.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For PSL and international cricket matches, if a match is abandoned due to weather, result stands on whatever outcome is applicable under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method if official results have been declared. Where no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Match winner bets on rain-affected matches follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Payout Calculation

Sports bet payouts are calculated as your stake multiplied by the decimal odds at the time of bet confirmation. Your total return includes your original stake. For accumulator bets, the combined decimal odds are applied to the stake in full. Any rounding is applied at two decimal places in PKR.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

fry9 may offer deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses and other promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR at the time stated in the specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used only after real money balance has been exhausted within a gaming session.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• fry9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any active bonus where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements, or creating accounts solely to claim bonuses.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any one time unless promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry periods stated in their individual terms. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus balances will be removed from accounts after expiry.

8 Casino Games and Slot Rules

The fry9 game lobby includes slot games, live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others), instant games (Crash, Mines, Plinko and similar) and any other games made available on the platform.

• All casino and slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of fry9.
• Game RTP (return to player) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over millions of game rounds. They do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.
• Malfunctions of slot or casino games — including software errors or disconnections — void all related play and stakes are refunded. If a win was recorded before a malfunction is confirmed, the win stands only if the game provider's own system log confirms the outcome.
• fry9 reserves the right to remove, update or replace any game in the lobby at any time without prior notice.
• Table limits for live casino games are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

9 Responsible Gaming

fry9 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play for adult users. The following tools are available to all registered fry9 players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to prevent impulsive changes.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to remind you of time spent in active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the fry9 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fry9 and may result in immediate account suspension, closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Making deposits using payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or third-party software to place bets or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or technical faults for financial gain.
• Bonus abuse including placing contradictory bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus clearing.
• Chip dumping or other collusive behaviour in live casino games.
• Money laundering or using fry9 for any financial activity related to illegal sources of funds.
• Allowing minors (under 18) to use your fry9 account.

11 Privacy and Data

Your personal data collected during registration, KYC verification and general platform use is handled in accordance with the fry9 Privacy Policy. By registering on fry9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

fry9 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure service availability, fry9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond fry9's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

fry9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service, including during live in-play betting events.
• Errors in odds or market information that were corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting choices made with full information available.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from inadequate password security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry9's total liability to any player in any calendar month is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the same period, excluding bonus amounts.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

fry9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, fry9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information on their account.

Your continued use of fry9 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using fry9 and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
